  1. With my Boston colors gear I was on a red team for a while and people called me Ronald McGoalie.
  2. Saw these today, they're good ones to help envision Seattle goalie gear. I'd be personally disappointed to see Brian's gear here, but if the goalie has a flare for style and originality it could be awesome . I'm warming up more and more to neon green the more gear I see.
  3. thank you @GoalieTimmy33. That is a totally valid, respectable answer. Kudos to Passau for your comfort and conviction in the share of the market you occupy.
  4. Haha, looks great. A bit darker, ideally, but that's the idea.
  5. Exactly. Now imagine navy blue for that black.
  6. So the question should be: why hasn't Passau paid to be advertised in the NHL? More accurate
  7. Ha, Sushi. There's been some funny, satirical name suggestions: Sushi, Soy Lattes, Coffee, Hipsters, Techies, Sea Slugs.....on and on and on. My eyes are drawn instantly to that Aviators scheme, minus the name. This was my pick for colors way back on page 1 of this thread. It's either this or navy/neon green for me. If I were in charge it would be Seattle Sea_____________ (something) or at the very least Seattle S_______________.
  8. You're years late to the brown party
  9. Yeah, it pops more with darker blue.
  10. I habitually browse SidelineSwap and just saw these. Appropriate timing for this conversation of colors Hold your Vaughn jokes ^ ---- (softball lob for @coopaloop1234)
  11. Haha, Minnesota can have the Christmas look.
  12. The obvious choice for team cohesion here would be neon green and really dark navy blue. I could get behind that. I think there'd be some marketing concerns with cardboard brown, haha
  13. Ha, it would be cute. I never said there is a lack of green. I said green in underused. I think Seattle should use a darker forest green, a neon green, or an emerald green. We certainly don't need anymore blue or red as primary colors and sport gold is getting lots of use lately, too. Sky/baby blue would be awesome, too. That color isn't evocative of the area like green is (we barely see the sky here, ever), but I love that color.
  14. Starbucks aside, I 100% support green as a primary color. It's drastically underused in the NHL.
  15. Battle of the PN/SW Even Bettman acknowledged the Canucks in the announcement. It will be fun. Vancouver might get an actual bus trip for a change.
  16. Unfortunately, no name or colors yet. Just official approval that Seattle is now an NHL city, albeit deferred to season 2021-22. I think big picture that's a good thing but selfishly many folks around town, myself included, are a bit bummed out having to wait an extra season.
  17. Well, I guess it's a good day to revive this thread, eh?
  18. Loo Looks awesome! Nice work. Are you clear coating these, too?
