This glove talk makes me want to to make a new way to describe break angles based on the angle of the break relative to the wrist strap (or something else perpendicular to the wrist) and the the location of the break on the palm. Ex: 60⁰ 1in
I think 590, 600, and 580 are great ways to describe the shape of a glove but awful for determining the feel. For example Mach, a 600 shaped glove, feels nothing like a 600. G6.1 which I would argue has a 600 shape, feels more like a 580.
I also think 90 degree break is an awful term because no glove break truly closes at 90 degrees. Vaughn has it spot on with 70. Which also means the 75 degree break is an awful term because it's more similar to a 55 or 50
