G5 intermediate vs snr sizing

Recommended Posts

Hi guys

As much as i search i never get a definite answer.

Im on the small side and with pad sizes growing it appears im shrinking

Im currently in a 32+1.5 gt pad and snr gloves but my small hands struggle to close the glove. So im looking at intermediate

What i want to know though is

How much smaller are they?

Catcher perimeter

Blocker perimeter

Pad width

Cheers jake

You can get the intermediate liner for the senior glove.

Only comes in 75degree closure though.  Pretty sure the intermediate glove would probably only come in 75degrees

If I’m not mistaken, in the G series gloves you can swap in an intermediate sized palm, but I do not know if the positioning of that would make it any easier to close the glove (so I guess this isn’t any help...sorry...).

10.5" vs 11" width for the leg pads.  Not sure on perimeters for the gloves, but I would get the intermediate palms for the senior gloves and intermediate legpads.  I'm 5'6" and that will probably be my next step down the road.

Thats always what gets suggested but no one seems to tell you the size differences, even the warrior rep kirk didnt.

The intermediate gloves are a bit smaller than the seniors from what I remember when trying them on at Pure Hockey.
