Ok, so I bought 1S knee pads and it looks like the problem is solved ;). Kneepads fit my knees good and didn´t interfere with pads, landing is good. I know that 1S have their flaws and are no way so protecive like KOHO Swis, but with so long pads and realtively thin kneepads I can close five hole even with my narrow butterfly .

So have chance to try pads on ice at one practice and two games. Overall still little strange to me, pads are taller than my KOHO pads, have smaller room in the knee area and leg channel is realy different. But I´m getting used to.. Want to ask, if there is any user of Ventus or similar pads, what knee guards do you use? My KOHOs Swiss looks to be very bulky for those pads. I tried my older Bauer supremes (black-yellow), but landing feels hard in them .

I still use older ONE95 for trainings (and NXG for games). It is just you like it or hate it . Not a fan of 1S, don´t like the materials,hope 2S will be better.

Sorry, of course your team Jersey. But Hawks souldn´t be bad team to play too .

Your Passau set is great, realy like black sides and sliding zones, it is unusual and looks good.

Thanks Hills! Goalie coach (he is quite young goalie, still playing) told me not a long ago, that he is amazed how we amateurs show at "friday night training" in Pro return gear. Other goalie was in pro return 1S from Sweden . Total overkill for our level of the game. But you know, as I start to be slower and slower, I just must to have good gear to at least look like goalie -;) btw. at last photo can be seen part of my friends custom passau (yellow&burgundy), now he is in oredering another set in vice versa colours (to match home and away jerseys, like he is on his way to NHL? ) .

Some pics from goalie camp. Jersey was a gift from organizators, I foud colours little strange at first, but maybe it was matching my gear quite good (?). btw. last photo is not picture of my "Giguere narrow butterfly" but proof of exhaustion .

This set is so good that your teammates should consider blue jersey, instead of green one. NYR colours will be the best, but if it is not an option, something like this: btw. What caught me immediately is your BF with 33 + 1 pads and 5.9". I am in 35/36 + 1 pads and can say similar height, but not even close to that flare :(.

I have personal experience such that if the forum is open to members only, only few new ones will join . You need to know what the forum and its members are before you sign up and join to the conversation ... btw. I don´t watch GGSU .

I think that yellow marked area is plastic & foam. Got some hard shots to this area and everthing was ok... But I think that you are right about red spot, this is only foam here, same was on previous model (ONE95). -

It is interesting to me to hear that. I use NXG C&A against players that can shoot realy hard and no problems with arms yet (but plastic elbow cups are bad). Can you post me photo of specific area? -

Yes, I said to my self couple of times - just stop pucks, don´t mind the score. But I just couldn´t find the right flow. I even found diapointing how easily we score (???). I allways realy like it on ice, no matter of play or if we are loosing or winning, but this time I just wanted the game to end. Maybe it has something with fact, that there was not full roster of players on both sides and I started the game (don´t know why) with thinking like "this will not be good game at all".

I know exactly what you mean SBR35. We won 13-8 last week, no real defence on both sides. Our team was leading by couple of goals all the time, got 3-4 goals in the end of game. I was not more than below the average. It was not fun or motivating game .

My first pads from Vaughn and first pads without knee rolls. I didn´t have chance to try them on ice yet, so no idea how they will perform, maybe this Wednesday.

I think it is new version of the older yellow-black model. Both were in bauer shop this week and yellow in discount..

Ideal shirt: Model with & without collar is great idea. Personaly any hockey shirt with collar is instant no for me, can't stand it on my neck :-(. Have chance to choose from two versions will be cool. Protection - heart, sides, collar bone. No need for back or arms ( bad mobility and fit in CA). Machine washable, so i can buy 3-4 pieces and change after every game.

@Jukka Ropponen Thanks for info, allways good to have another product to consider. Not much of realy good padded shirts in the market...
