I was told by the Kraken Team Store that the Winter Classic jerseys and merch is launching on the Friday after Thanksgiving, but, looks like the jerseys "leaked" today on, oddly enought, the Utah Jazz (NBA) Twitter page. Local media guys confirmed it's most likely legit.
How f'n amazing would our goalie look with mostly red gloves and pads? Skaters could have red gloves and helmets with dark blue pants. I'm a fan, for sure. I'm not much a jersey buyer but can not wait to get as many Winter Classic pucks as I can find.

The one time I don’t check after posting. Here is the full set, including the pants that also match. If anyone knows who Craig Mason is from other groups, that is who has supplied me with this and my neon set. Honestly the bright colors seem to work for me, as it gives me better body awareness and position with my peripheral vision.
Mode: please give me the appropriate ban on not showing the full set, as long as that can be a rule goin forward.
Oh man, well done with the pants too.
I'm trying to think of the grossest (in the bad way) NHL jersey colors you could wear with this set......Minnesota Wild colors?
For a league team your gear would look so sick (in the good way) with the whites, no doubt.

Agreed. Even with how basic it is, it's been one of my favourites for a while.
The digital codes are a nice touch and adds to the circuit board look. I'd be so interested to know how they decided what specific characters to include.

Thanks so much for the pics. Looks pretty basic, but effective. This is essentially what I rigged into my M5 Pro glove.

This was a picture of my 2S for confirmation. It's a bit different than that mesh material, but the general construction is almost 1:1.
Bauer releases their new lines with everyone else (except Brians). Late Spring
Though, what has been interesting is the lack of Shadow graphics that have been in any level of Pro hockey. This time last year we were already seeing a ton of guys in the Hyperlite 2 graphic.
Aside from the odd leaked picture and retail booklet, we haven't seen a damn thing. Pretty outside the way these typically go.
I like the 3 sets I've seen. It's a pretty sharp graphic but Mach is difficult to beat. My personal favorite stock graphic in a long time.

Probably. It's the same wrist strap that was on my 2S and Hyperlite I had.
Drool.
I'm torn on just going for it or wait for Mach 2 aka Shadow.
When does Bauer release new stuff in a release year?

I stole this pic from @Madmedic6 's glove thread (which is a great post, cheers).
Is this the wrist strap you'll get if you select Add Wrist Strap to a custom Mach glove?

I like the closure of my Battram leather glove. So that's what I take with me.
That's smart, then you can try on the different retail closures side by side and match it as best you can.

I want True like Marc Andre Fleury has, and coach okayed me getting that copper color. Now I have to see what works with my hand. There are so many closures. I guess go to Pure and see what works, huh?
Yes.
Buying a glove is all about feel and if you get one with the a closure that feels off or wrong to you you'll not really settle into the glove and feel confident. If you have the ability to try on different angles, do it.

Okay. My mom and grandparents are going to be getting me new gloves and blocker for Christmas.
Well that's fun, lucky you. What are you getting?

Have you used him? I always hear about Factory Mad, but not this guy. Putting a glove under a pile of weights is the way I always hear and I dread the day I have to break a glove in.
Nope. I was yesterday years old when I learned about this guy.

I made one of those little saves last night that felt good but not because it was explosive or amazing but because it was the result of hard work and discipline, committing to technical fundamentals.
In the RVH blocker side, puck carrier is a R shot and skating behind the net to my glove side, I start tracking him visually over my left shoulder and getting ready to push for a glove side wrap and he stops, does a 180 to his left and wraps a dunk attempt inside my blocker post. My D yells "wrap right, wrap right" but I never took my right skate off the post so his dunk attempt just hit the boot of my pad and out. My eyes didn't get there to see it quite yet but I felt it. One of those little moments only goalies would see.
Also, unrelated, @TheGoalNet I saw via your IG The Goalie Glove Guy. Man, that dude does some nice looking work. He's got a bunch of Youtube Shorts, too. I'm glad I know about him now
If anyone wants to check him out, he does pocket relacing, glove cord relacing, rebuilds, repairs, modifications, break-ins, cleaning/sanitation, etc.

I appreciate the clarification!
Oof, just when I was starting to like a 60 degree break again apparently its Vapor90 or finally go back to my True glove and just rock it al la Filip Gustavsson style up until this year
Confirmed
7 minutes ago, coopaloop1234 said:No worries. I have a feeling that the Shadow line will have similar finger loops as Bauer does like to incorporate changes from one line into the other. Who knows if they'll do large changes to the Vapour 90 or not. They've barely modified their 1-piece blocker.
He's not the only pro to use a different 60 degree glove while wearing mostly Bauer. Hell, @seagoal and I were just talking about Kevin Mandolese who does this as well.

@seagoal I take this comment back. Here's Kevin in the same set as the listed glove:
I thought this was a CCM set at first lol.
I can see it, it looks a little Reeboky too.

Looks like dude that's selling it is a notorious reseller and is trying to flip it for a profit.
Thank you, nice work Magnum P.I.
I'll keep that in mind if I decide to grab it.

It's undoubtedly a Mach glove. Just skinned with the Hyperlite logo as it looks like a set of Hyperlite pads below.
Even without seeing the insides, you can tell it's a Mach due to:
1. The vertical lacing on the cuff. (Vapour 60/90 gloves have a single angular lacing more inwards.
2. The backhand and cuff region is shallower than Ultrasonic/2S and is different than Vapour.Do you recognize the MK logo/embroidery? Apparently this is a pro return from the Ottawa Senators.

Here's the press release photo
All I gotta say is the players are lucky that they are a good team and winning games. Imagine being a part of this marketing stunt if they were the Sharks or Oilers?

Greatest Flyers goalie ever - stat wise.
Sad.
He was so strange in his stance and style. I remember being perplexed by his sasquatch-style kinda hunched over stance.
RIP goalie brother.

I had to look it up. This one is cool looking with the tire looking design.
That'd be great to meet each other. One day I might take a trip to Oregon, it's been a while.
