Also worth mentioning Kenesky and JRZ, though I don't know if they can make as stiff a pad as Passau.

Aren't passaus senior pads $1350 though...

Edit: just realised if you are talking USD passaus would be right around a grand.

For that price point, I’d look at getting a used pro set.  I’ve seen some pretty nice setups on GGSU and other Facebook sales groups
