I need help making a decision between these leg pads(brians netzeros, reebok x28 or vaughn velocity v6 1000) i need to know which is the most durable and which slides the best on ice

When in doubt, I would trust Brian's and Vaughn over CCM / Reebok. However, I don't know the lower end models too much. 

Could you share your budget and what size pads you need?

I'd check with Passau ( @GoalieTimmy33 ), GoaliePro ( @Jukka Ropponen ), McKinney, PAW, Boddam,or Simmons. I think you might be able to find something that better fits your budget? 

If not, checked Used. You're always better off getting lightly used pro gear than lower end stuff

Check out Sideline Swap for some good options on used gear. Look up users "Snfrishman" and "Fanellihockey", they both usually have a good selection. Another option is Stauber's Goalie Crease in Minneapolis, Owen Zeumer is the guy who handles all their used gear. Nice guy and easy to work with.
