Hi everyone. I thought I would share these comparison photos that I took.

34+2 Vaughn V9 Velocity Pro (non-carbon) 2.09kg/4.60lb

33+2 Vaughn SLR 3 Pro Carbon 2.49kg/5.46lb

SLR 3 = .4kg/.86lb heavier

As you'll see, the SLR 3's in a 33+2 sit about the same height wise as a 34+2 V9.

Enjoy!

(I started peeling the plasti-dip off the v9 hence the difference in the face)

Interesting. Does the SLR3 stack sit lower than the VE9 stack?

I did try on a pair of Vaughn Velocity pads, and the stack was really low at a nominal size of 34+2. (At the time, I was a 35 in Bauer, possibly a 34 in Vaughn SLR pads).
