Elastic is a little stretched but still works fine. Includes garter belt that came with them, only used a handful of times. $200 USD plus shipping. Will ship anywhere. Sorry about the wording, it may come off as a bit confusing. I meant to indicate the garter was only used a handful of times. The knee pads were used for about a year.
