    Hmm. Good question.

I wonder if it's a dominant side thing.  Most lefties kneel left, righties kneel right?

I'd always kneel right as a righty.

    ?

You get up more with your glove leg because when you train you have to get up and follow rebounds to your blocker side whereas most glove shots you don’t have to get up and recover. The legs and hips will be unbalanced because of that alone. I get up with my right leg way more in practice

The waffle blocker for Brossoit looks misshapen. What's with the ovals instead of circles and the placement? Love the rest of the set but the blocker looks like cheeks

Different cuts from different brands? Bauer has the +/- 1" for the length fit?

Brian's and Vaughn run very long from my experience. My small SLR3 pants were super long but still probably my favorite pair of pants. Might order some custom medium -1" or even -2" V10 pants when off season rolls around

Might grab bauers with the next university code. Can’t stand when my pants run into my knee blocks which these do.

  4. Find other non hockey stuff to do so you aren’t focused on the game. Take a break from playing for a week maybe. Then you’ll get that feeling of you just want to get back out there. It happens to everyone! Levi and the Sabres were winning last night and ended up losing big. I’m sure they aren’t too worried about it. Its not the end all be all game!

  5. Soderblom has fully converted to SLR from True. This practice picture was just the best looking one I could find. Interesting to note he was a 580 user so curious to learn what vaughn glove he has

I'm liking that SLR graphic.   Looks good for a mostly white use of a single color.

For as similar as it looks to slr3, I think this looks way better than slr3, somehow. Lol

Agreed but I'm willing to at least try it. Though it's physically impossible with Warrior G6.0 gloves so I may have to sacrifice the HL2

Yeah I had a glove that would do that and I let in goals because the tee would bend in on itself and the puck would bounce over the top

I’m finding it hard to coach two kids with very different abilities at the same time, with limited time and limited ice space.

This year my kid’s team has two goalies and their skill discrepancies are hard to overcome for any drill that’s not just skating. It’s been a very challenging start to the year.

My solution to this has been to kinda get on the coaches. I pretty much demand an extra net in the neutral zone (they all roll their eyes at the 19 year old “coach” they think knows nothing about hockey) and I get my net and steal one of their goalies and then switch them out after a bit. This usually allows for me to work on separate things with each kid because no two goalies ever have the same skillset

Thompson rocking all gold. Fucking sick. I know I know, Fleury did it first, but LT has had great style the past few seasons and this continues that trend.72D4FA9A-E06C-4A8C-9EC9-8EE3CA951FFA.thumb.jpeg.e22f95235eb076314a9551534649a5e2.jpeg

So Logan Thompson decided to fuck with everyone and ditch the previously seen gold setup for these clean throwbacks

I thought that was only the external portion, the flap, connecting via the face starting with the Axis 2?

I thought it was fully integrated but I could be wrong

I would be inclined to agree. I think it's really cool that Vaughn is the only company other than Bauer doing the kneeblock-to-face integration (which seems kind of ignored?). I also think that people overrate that feature (especially on the Bauer end), it's a super cool technology/innovation, but has a few downsides that I think are mostly addressed in the StabiliFlex option.

The PX3 is an incredible pad, that's why I'm excited to see its features ported to the 20.2/HZRDUS, I've not felt so properly attached-while-free with a pad on in awhile.

Pretty sure CCM has also done the integrated knee

Historically whenever Quick gets a custom graphic that looks like it could be stock it means PVE is back. Not sure how that'll work since SLR4 and V10 are expected to be very similar just with different pad cores and shapes

Exactly, this is what I was getting at

    No X-Hourglass , what's that graphic?

Maybe Pro V Elite is back? Or V11? Its too early for a v11 reveal imo and he has historically been the guy to rep and PVE graphics. Otherwise it could be a lackluster custom design. I’m still holding out for a Richter tribute
