    For the longest time my team was built with 1 actual dman. Always had forwards "playing D." I finally got some stout dmen to join the team and I ended up leaving for my other team.

    I was happy they won, just sad I missed out on it. We lost our first two as a team, one in some ungodly long shootout, and one in ot. For them to get it with a fill in goalie, not even the other goalie on the team, irked me a little. But I am glad for them that they got it. I've won plenty with the Knights over the past few years. This was a lot of these guys first time winning.

    Yea I guess you're right, good point. I also wish it was more similar to the way ESPN broadcasts their college football content. If a game is on any channel that falls under the ESPN umbrella it is streamed for free on their app. No ESPN+ sub needed.

    The thing I was most excited about with the new TV deal was I thought I would get a plethora of games on ESPN/ESPN2. That is unfortunately not what we got. Everything is ESPN+. Such a shame.

    Lol. I can't just take off for the game. I mean, I could, I have the time. I just can't afford to waste it on a beer league game. I need it for everyday life and for travel games in case they pop up.

    We have another championship game this Wednesday night but I am stuck at work. Trying to get a shift swap or swap days off. Not looking good though. This is our 3rd straight in 3 seasons since becoming a team. 0-2 so far.
