  1. The X8 is like the Honda Civic of the Sportmask line up. Durable, affordable and easily one of their top models.
  2. Yes but many people are ditching the screws for lace attachments. Waxed skate laces or the same cording used on pads or gloves. I went with the screws because I still have cowlings on my skates. Shorter screws with blue loctite is the way to go
  3. Solid mask... Depends on the level of hockey you play. I went with the Pro 3 F Series from @TGC-Rance at the Goalie Crease. Love it. Hopefully getting it wrapped in the next few weeks
  4. I took my boot strap off. So much more freedom for my legs... Loved it. Pro laces are the best toe strap option on the market today. I can see why CCM adds them as an option
  5. I got mine super quick... Didn't go overly crazy on the custom side... Just the 3 colors to match my gear
  6. @ZeroGravitas Used my Pro Laces with my RGT Pros last night... They're a must. I've always used the ARS straps but now will not use anything else. Better pad response, improved flexibility on my knees and ankles... and improved attack angle.
  7. Finally made the switch to Pro Laces Armor on my RGT Pro pads. Used them for the first time last night and am beyond impressed. I installed mine as an offset toe and really noticed a huge difference in the attack angle on my slides/pushes. The stock ARS straps I was using were great (a little tight and less forgiving at times) but I'm now a Pro Laces customer for life. By far the premier option for the toe strap market.

    Brian's Gear

Run his suspenders over the floaters. This is easily the best way to keep your chest in place. Especially when you tuck.
  9. Completely adjustable. They have a velcro tab similar to the G2 model. You can make them sit tall or wide and narrow for a more streamlined look.

    Mckenney Gear

I think Trevor ghosts for Simmons
  11. I don't use mine... Took it out if they don't have one, you're more than welcome to mine
  12. Yes... Its a small blue bag that attaches via velcro
  13. Seems ok... I’ll be pairing it with my new Sportmask, hat doesn’t have an overly long chin. The floaters also have Velcro attachments that allow you to customize the width and height of the floaters.
  14. Got my GT Pro chest today. Very beefy, but impressed with the mobility. Passed the fiber to nose test. I've been using a G2 Sr classic for the last week since selling my V6 2200. Even the senior unit is well made and more.protective than I thought it would be. Can't wait to break this sucker in
