  1. it is a very thin layer of Poron attached to the neoprene. Also to consider is there are different thicknesses of the neoprene. Could make difference to concussions.
  2. Have you tried the CCM goalie cut? I am plus size, and find these ok
  3. Apex registered to Ron APEX CUSTOM GOALIE MASK INC. in 551 COMMERCIAL ST 49 MILTON ON L9T 4R9 (bizapedia.com)
  4. Helmet parts (protectiveathleticwear.com) Sold by yard if this helps
  5. Kenesky makes several vintages of pads from 70's to modern styles.
  6. Think their guy moved on. Not close but the best is THR/Goalie Heaven in Toronto. They make there own line of equipment, and do mods/repairs.
  7. Coveted not licensed but approved for use
  8. New try The Goalie Crease Canadian $. They just got a large shipment of Sportmask
  9. Coveted is a good value. Will foam to your head size, couple weeks wait.
  10. Problem isn't the pattern, it is the assemblers not used to putting the rights together.
  11. Used mostly CCM for the past 10 years, closer is always a bit of a problem. Best from the past was TPS by Wilcox. now working with Kenesky. Currently Ultrasonic. Very comfortable, easy closer, deep pocket.
  12. also a 906 pro owner. Very strong and well made, but old school materials make it heavier that the CCM/Bauer masks. Look on their website if you want more model/material info.
  13. Agree, it is the raised edge on the base that attaches the ring that sticks out. Has anyone suggested a low profile version for goalies to Halo
  14. Anyone know what the interior is like? A foam liner like the old Lange would make my old feet happy.
  15. Does anyone find that the eyelet attachments interfere with your pad? Would be better if it was a flatter profile.
  16. I guess "replace" is the key word. All the gear whores on here don't replace, just add.
  17. has anyone tried spray painting over it?
