This was a huge surprise for me! Grandpa asked if he could come along with me to my ice sessions and I told him yes! Gramps can still shoot a bomb at the age of 72, and I didn't feel much, but was fully aware of the puck. fever9990 Posted April 4 Share Posted April 4 I have been wearing Simmons 998 with beef up kit for over a decade the only mod i have done is lace in a set of thigh boards on the bicep and it is an absolut tank. I have played against high caliber players and have no concerns about sticking torso in front of any shooter I have faced. The thigh boards can be done with any C/A.
