  1. I've seemingly reached a point where I no longer feel like dropping coin on replacing my perfectly good pads, however, I'm wishing for a stiffer knee wing on my Eflex 3s. Does anyone have any suggestions on how to go about this? I understand that I won't be getting results akin to a newer Bauer with the knee block being integrated into the core, but I'd like to not have so much floppiness. Thanks in advance!
  2. If you're referring to the new-ish Graf Peakspeed Pro G, it's definitely pitched forward from the start. That being said, I have no issues with pushes that you're concerned about. It's probably the comfiest skate I've ever had.
  3. Put in 2 hours with them on the EFlex 3s tonight, happy to report that they work well.
  4. They'll mostly fit on an EFlex 3, haven't tried it on the ice but it looks like it'll work. Not so much on a Gnetik IV.
  5. The way it's trending, my next set is going to be intermediate gear lol. I'm in a 32+1 Brian's Gnetik IV and wouldn't be able to go any bigger.
  6. Late reply to this, but I just picked up a used glove that was redone by Factory MAD. The seller told me it has a custom tee and a new plastic mold for wider coverage. Closure is fingers over palm like a 580, not like other Gnetik 4 trappers it seems. Unfortunately I can't answer your question about cost, but I can say that the glove feels fantastic.
  7. @TheGaelicGoalie here's one https://sidelineswap.com/gear/hockey/goalie/goalie-gloves-blockers/5902561-ccm-goalie-trapper
  8. Could you take measurements of the plate? I sold mine when I sold my Warriors, didn't think to keep them to try on subsequent pads. Curious if they'll fit on Gnetik IVs.
  9. So, has anyone tried these on pads other than Warriors and if so, how is the fitment?
  10. Just like @seagoal said, a tighter bootstrap will keep the pads lower on the leg when in the butterfly. I second his suggestion to try kneepads.
  11. How do you wear your boot strap?
  12. Do you or does anyone know when they're supposed to be released?
  13. If the one level down Konekt is around $500, I think I'll give them a go.
  14. The closest pad in my opinion to the Fusions I'm currently using would be a Brian's Optik.
  15. Looks like JRZ is putting their focus elsewhere. Always sucks to have one less option, and I've really liked the JRZ set I've been using for the last couple months.
  16. @Llew81 Hope you don't want to replace these in the future with another JRZ set.
  17. If the exchange rate wasn't so bad and I didn't just book flights to Disneyland, I'd love to give these a rip. GLWS!
  18. I contacted JRZ about that the other week, they have a 90° option for $500 CAD.
  19. To me, it looks like his pants are just lower than most.
  20. You're not wrong. I replaced a few that had fallen out before, but since I'm not using most of them I haven't since putting these on.
  21. So, functionally I still am loving these, however, on the buckle at the top that sees the most stress, I'm noticing that the eyelet is pulling away from where it should be. I'm not sure if this will continue to progress and get worse, but perhaps there's something someone can think of to reinforce the area?
  22. Anyone got any hookups on goalie sticks for cyber Monday?
