    I don't take a lot of pucks to the knee/thigh but a one timer the other week caught me there as hard as one ever will and while I felt it, it didn't render my leg useless. I've pretty much just used Bauers, PAW (also very good), and Warrior. Can't see any reason to move away from Warrior.

    I've got it pre-ordered, but I should finish Dying Light 2 first. Those 2 and Elden Ring have made for an expensive video game month, then GT7 next month with the Fanatec GT wheel set on the way!

    Hospitals are still slammed in many provinces, which is presumably why we still have somewhat strong public health orders. I'm as tired of restrictions as anyone, but still see the use.

    They look great, but after running the price into Canadian dollars, not accounting for any taxes or shipping came to $517... I don't think any knee pad is worth that to me.

    I figure there's only a couple months till the slide plate is available and then this won't be necessary, so I may just have to redo it another time or two.

    @Punisher Goalie do you have any pics of your application on G5s? On mine, I seem to be able to get pretty good adherence except for a corner or two.

    I did take Monday night off this week. Might have to suit up tomorrow night and if I do I'll be at the very least picking up some sort of knee sleeve/brace. It's really improved in the 4 days since I hurt it so I don't think it's very serious. Surprisingly this is the first knee injury I think I've sustained in 22 years of playing goal, other than bruises.

    Well, twisted my knee and felt a little discomfort on the inner/front part of the knee last night. Took one more shot after hurting it but decided to call it quits then. By my best googling it's probably an MCL or meniscus injury, doesn't seem too serious and hopefully it clears up soon!

    If the jenpro on a Warrior pad went a little further on the backside of the knee wing flap that'd help a lot with being able to tuck the film around to the backside, doing a better job of preventing any lifting issues.

    Looks good. After many games with this stuff also on G5s I also see no reason to apply it anywhere other than the knee area.

    I like how in the movement on the September 30th tweet, the goalie's head is on the same level basically the whole time. Wish I was that consistent.

    Well, had a skate or stick put a good cut in mine last night, so I pulled them off and I'm going to redo them trying to be more precise. Even though they were lifting on the edges, the resistance encountered while peeling off the film showed me that it wasn't anywhere close to coming off.

    I really think the enhanced sliding ability from the tape combined with the super low attack angle overdrive blades afford will be a huge boon to my game.
