Edit: Which I also realized, that the Simmons units are likely rebrands of this unit as well, with a slightly different shoulder floater... I know their ULX is pretty much an X-Cell. I believe the guys at Passau built some stuff for JAG, as well Jason at Boddam builds for Simmons (chest Units as well as the UL and 586 lines) and as @Kayen pointed out, C/A's for JAG Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
cwarnar Posted March 1, 2018 Share Posted March 1, 2018 Further to that I was able to dig this up on GGSU: the gear comes from Jamie Blanchard who runs a local goalie school. The gear started in the Mid 90s being manufactured by the now defunct Jackson Goal Equipment and under later Blanchard's name and continued for a number of years. When Jackson went under the gear was made by Viper and sold under the JAG name. Viper and Blanchard parted ways and the gear was then made Off-shore in 2012.
