Very, very, conservative revision from two years ago.
I wonder what this bodes for the next Vapor. In the past, Supreme seemed to the testbed for new features. First Bauer pad with the new skin (Odin 1S), first Bauer pad with a knee bracket (Ultrasonic's Stabilislide), first Bauer pad with the calf bracket (Mach). Maybe more that I can't think of.

Can't believe this didn't have its own topic yet!
Below are some spy shots from earlier in 2023 from GoalieGearNerd and Trav4Oilers, respectively.
Someone on Reddit posted the full 2024 so now I feel comfortable sharing snippets from the catalog.
Size chart remains the same as 2023.
Leg pads - Note that there is no mid-level price point Supreme leg pad.
Catcher - Note what appears to be a retail Vapor 90 and a mid-level "Supreme MVPro" Catcher - apparently with the HL2 graphic?
Blocker - Again, like the leg pads, no mid-level price point Supreme option.

Too quiet in this thread.
Lots of cool possibilities with this graphic.

Not to hijack your review thread @RichMan, but do you or anyone here know if this would likely be one of these beefed up type units?
CCM AB Pro Goalie Chest Protector | SidelineSwap
Looks like a Pro-level retail unit based on branding on the neck piece. Won't offer as much protection as pro-stock units.

Will Bauer discount the OG Konekts at some point, to get them off the shelves for the Konekt 2s?
Wouldn't surprise me if they did. Don't quote me on that!

I think I saw that they were going to be $949 USD. Don't quote me on that!

Original Konekt and Konekt HF2 have the "Push Plate platform" too. I think it's just marketing jargon for lack of traditional outsole.

Do you have a source for it coming to retail in spring 24?
It's in the CCM 2024 catalog

Do you know the differences in the fit numbers? Length, size, both? There was a brand new AB18pro on sideline earlier this week that was a fit 2 with regular arms. Passed on it because I am in a fit 4 with +1 arms, thinking fit 2 would be too small.
The 2024 catalog has a fit chart for the AB22Pro

CCM AB18 is only available to pros. Built to actual pro-level protection. Original design is based off the RBK Premier 1, but has been changed quite a bit. Torso is really similar, but arms and shoulders have been beefed up. Sternum has D3O reinforcement. These are NHL-legal in terms of sizing. @Chenner29can fill you in as he has had multiple units.
CCM AB500 is the retail SR version of the retail CCM ABPro. The Reebok/CCM Premier 1 and ABPro have carbon fiber in the shoulder wings and sternum protection. Never wore the CCM AB500/ABPro myself, but I did have the Reebok Premier 1 for a bit. I believe the ABPro weren't as beefy as the pro stock units. Some retailers (TGC and Monkey come to mind) had limited stock of Reebok Premier 1 chest protectors at one point (left over pro-stock?) before CCM came out with these at retail.
There's also an AB22Pro which is coming to retail in Spring 2024. Some pics have been posted somewhere on here already...

Maybe that was Olympia Composites? Not sure if they are still around.

We got an interesting email yesterday from our hockey league:
as players in the Kraken League, we were invited to register for an opportunity to play in 1 of 2 games on the Winter Classic rink at T-mobile Park. Registration gets you in a pool from which they will randomly draw 15 skaters and 1 goalie per team for each game. We have to pay $295 up front and if selected, we get a scrimmage with our team at the practice rink, our game at T-mobile, use of the MLB Visitors locker rooms, and an "event jersey."
Intriguing but $$ oof $$. I have to decide today. Thinking I'm out since I'm already going to/paying for an outdoor tournament in January and I am trying to save up for new gear in 2024.
That's rad. What happens if you pay the $295 and you aren't selected?

Sorry to defer away from the glove discussion, but does anyone have an idea if we should expect a '24 release of konekt skates? I'm stuck in size 5 and not super geeked on the look of HF2, debating if I should stick with my ultrasonics.
(I know this is the 2023 thread, forgive me if this shouldn't be posted here!)
Yes. Should be available for sizes as small as 4 so you should be good to go. But it's a new top-end model so expect $900+ USD retail for the SR size. Maybe a little cheaper for INT size.

TRUE sticks: do they run short, regular or long? Ie is a 25" a 25 or a 24 or a 26
If I recall correctly, they're pretty much spot on with Bauer and CCM. Warrior is the odd one out.

Interesting... So there's another headset and game component to purchase?
As I understand it, the subscription is just the app/access to the app, drills etc. You'll have to purchase the VR headset separately.
It looks like the subscription includes 4 user accounts, so maybe you could split the cost of the subscription with 3 other goalies? They would need their own headsets and goalie sleeve mounts though.
