    Took a chance on a company close to home to get it done and just wow! He said he did the Ducks goalie, didn't know his name lol and a dad got his kid 6 done hmmm who knows?! It's amazing looking.

    Ahhh gotchya, It looks nice, I wouldn't mind picking one up, I just don't like these protector too high on my neck, currently using the Bauer Vapors and they sit so comfortable and the neck area isn't high.

    An hour on the ice and a stinger already? Still, not right for the purchase price of these units. I don't know how they justify the price hopefully you don't face these types of shots on a regular basis.

    The materials are very very questionable in the new one. I felt very protective in my nxg. After that I wanted to look bigger and went premier beefed.

    Looking at the chesty they just release, I wouldn't trust it. My last Bauer chesty was an NXG and I loved it. If you're also facing grade A shooters I'd recommend a chesty that's also beefed up

    Anything custom is built either way. It takes as much time to build if you have 2 or 3 colors vs 5 or 6. When your order comes up they build and ship. At this time, who knows how many ppl work at the factory and how many orders are there.

    Looks like the ASHL is coming back here in Toronto, 4 vs 4, only 8 players while 4 on the bench. No penalties, get a penalty shot rewarded for one, no faceoffs. I'm sure most got the email. This starts in July I believe.

    For starters a custom glove with an intermediate palm would help which I use. I'm not comfy with the 600 break I use 590, but haven't tried the 580. Go custom, you will just have to wait for it.

    Ah okay I see, 590 is all I know. But always wanted to try the 580. Hopefully the next few ice sessions get better.

    You have the 600 glove? Your hand either loves it or hates it, I don't think it's about you, but your hand and closure. It's the worst thing I ever felt myself.
