Trying a new method to paint pads.

I know that so many times, people of tried without much success to paint pads and other gear. Well, I think I may have found the magic bullet.

Enter paint that is meant to be on car seats. Yes, most car seats are not Drum dyed, unless we are talking a HIGH DOLLAR luxury  car, such as a Rolls Royce, or Bugatti.

I will, of course, tested on pads I don’t care about. I won’t ruin a pair of pads that I like.

stay tuned…

Im curious about this. I played around with plastidip a bit. I also painted a few wear spots with Angelus leather paint to see how well that holds up.

What excites me, if this works, is the ability to paint a set of pads to look like creamed horse Hide. Angeles paints work pretty well.
