ilyazhito Posted March 14, 2022 Share Posted March 14, 2022 Some time ago, I found a pair of 33+1 Premier II's on Sideline Swap. I've played with them, and have figured out that they are a little too small. My knee is above the center of the stack when I put the pads on, and I think the size has also caused me some problems in closing the five-hole. What I enjoy about my current pads is the hard rebounds, so I'd love to get something with similar characteristics. Does anyone have any 34" butterfly pads (Vaughn, Brian's, CCM, or similar) or M butterfly pads (Bauer) that they'd be willing to trade to me for a pair of 33s? If not, I'd be willing to buy the 34" pads and sell my 33" pads separately when I get the 34s. My current pads have been used before, and have a few more puck marks. I have added toe hooks to the right pad and a set of improvised elastic toe ties to the left pad if anyone is wondering about that. Since I got the pads for $300, I think $270 or $280 is a reasonable price to sell them for. I have attached pictures of both pads below. I've been falling off the top of the stack in both ice and ball hockey. My current ATK is closer to 18, and my FTK is closer to 21 now.
