Graf Canada Reopened for Business?

Did Graf re open their Canadian plant?

All Graf stuff was moved to London where Vaughn is located. Not sure if they have gone back to making skates in Canada yet though.

Looks like they are. 

Though I am 150% satisfied with my VH (for now), a custom-built Graf goalie skate with a Vaughn cowling or even a Graf cowling would be awesome. Of course I used Swiss-made Graf back home, and LOVED Swiss-made Graf...

Yeah my SO is wearing Swiss made Graf skates and really like the protection in them, the covling is also extremely thick - so nice protection for your toe caps.

What is the diff. between Swiss and Canadian made?
