EF5 Pro palm with no d3o. I’m also playing against guys who I’ve seen clock their shot at 87mph. But a wrist shot giving me a bruise is bizarre.

I must say, not a fan on my ccm pro palm 580 at all. Closure isn’t bad but protection is miserable. I’m getting bruises from wrist shots. Safe to say I’ll be picking up another stock G5 pro to use for this season.

I got lucky being assigned billets and my billet has an Oculus Quest so I’ve been on that a ton as well as using rocket league on my Xbox as a game that I can play mindlessly. Side note: I somehow managed to pick up a used series S and it is an incredible console compared to the one s.

As someone who owns true skates and has worked for a retailer that sells true equipment, my two piece skates have been outstanding. Yes my one piece skates had some issues but they are still usable and true replaced them completely free of charge and gave me a discount on a stick (this was before I worked retail). At the retail store I tried my best to keep our stock true gear off the floor because I simply did not want our customers to have to worry about any durability or performance issues. I don’t think overseas manufacturing would have an effect on quality for True goalie equipment and it would definitely decrease wait time and hopefully price. In the long run I agree, true needs to figure their shit out and actually communicate with retailers regarding order status

I have a pair of those ccm skates with tuuk holders and I am in love with them. Favorite player skate I’ve ever used. Toe cap is cracked though so I need to fix that before using them again although true two piece goalie skates are basically player skates.

The stripe next to the C on the jersey suggests otherwise

Those pictures were sent by the guy who wrapped my bucket so I’ll be sure to let him know Also forgot this Although I designed the helmet wrap myself I never could put together a decent idea for the back plate so I ended up with this. Just home and my former high school team faded in the red.

A wrap done by a local buddy of mine. I’m not sure how helmet wraps are normally done but excluding the team logo everything is it’s own sheet of vinyl making for easy repairs

Some terrific pictures of the new sliding surface and strapping setup on G6 pads as well as what looks to be a new backhand on the glove. Calf wrap appears to have an inner wrap as well as more adjustment for the outer wrap than previous. Airslide looks to have been greatly reduced on the sliding edge of the pad. A full height outer roll also seems to continue if anyone besides myself cares. Getting down to my final acquisitions for the season from my retail job A nice new heavy helmet bag! I swear I’m not trying to be annoying just my team won’t let me post anything yet which has gotten to be rather frustrating.

My guess is they’re having him test G5 with no logos so the NHL doesn’t get mad just in case but if he, as well as a few other who may be in hiding, like the glove then warrior could return as soon as this season. That said if they get a Seattle goalie in warrior it’ll be all eyes on him.
