Looks like they're tying both style of pads together and offering options to customize it either way. Does this make their pad releases every two years instead of every year? Instagram is about providing website traffic... I am very pleased to announce that we are receiving early access to Optik for review purposes. These will NOT be provided for free. I know this will not be addressed. Right now the focus is on Optik. We are working on ordering a few more primo colors... it was a tough push to get the primo stock on the sliding surface this year but management finally agreed... it has been a great mod on the gusset and greatly improves sliding... however compared to other materials its very expensive and adds a lot of expense to the goal pads, believe it or not. Also, we believed that this line was so great, we wanted to offer it to every style, not just "SZ3" / Butterfly goalies... so that is why we offered 2 options.. although, it leads to what will we do in the future... this year the SubZero3 will phase out.. next year we are going to meet and discuss next week. Our biggest concern with this line was that retailers were going to be mad about the OPTIK killing both SZ3 and G-NETIk sales/investment, but we were overwhelmingly surprised there was very little push back and they understood our thought process. Colours: Silver is weave, powder blue is weave, middle dart is black weave, outer roll dashes (colour 5 on customizer) is black weave. The rest is matte black. Pads: 34+1" (Skate size = 8.5, 17.2 ATK, 10" thigh) 84 degree toe taper FLX core soft boot the rest is stock (smart strap, smart toe, smart boot strap) Blocker: BOA strapping Catcher: BOA strapping Double T (requested no Thief eyes, just OPTIK logo) Black skate lace pocket game ready palm Ordered the 84 degree boot, because I tried on GN3TIK's with the same boot, and loved the seal, without tripping me up. Left everything else stock, because it sounds like everything I want in a pad/glove set. Black primo on the inside sliding area and toe binding, as well. Only 8 weeks to go...
