@seagoal here’s my stock Mach

US with US stiffness vs Mach with Mach stiffness.

US was used for about 2 years, Mach was either: new out of the box or less than 5 skates.

Doesn't look like a radical difference, but it felt like one!

lol definitely. It was just odd especially as Bauer doesn't offer custom thighrise options.

Here are some of my Bauer M5s, just for comparison.

You can kinda see the warping from leaning here, it's on the inside top corner of each pad but it's really subtle and difficult to capture on camera

And here is a wear point on my right blocker-side pad.  Not sure what it's from but it started very early and only in this spot

Rough wear on the thighrise. 

Definitely looks more US than Mach.

Quick question - which out of the 3 Bauer gloves (Mach, Hyperlite, V90) is closest in shape to a Warrior G6 (ignoring the internals/liner options).

Hyperlite but no bauer glove will even remotely feel or play the same as warrior as me and @coopaloop1234 found out the hard way

I LOVE the way my warrior G5 feels and closes but,  like @ThatCarGuy stated you will be chasing the dragon for forever if you are trying to get a glove that feels like it. I went for G5 to mach and even though they are supposed to be same break the mach felt like i was holding a can on my hand not like the crisp snap of the warrior. 

I still want to try on the HL2 to see if it feels closer since its more of a whole hand close than fingers. Warrior to me feels like snapping a book shut with a very sharp break in my palm. I like using whole hand closure vs. fingers.

I'd say Mach was closer than Hyperlite, but, yea, Warrior gloves are just something else.

HL2 is very, very similar in feel to the HL1. So if you've tried the HL1, you'll know what it's mostly about.

I think Mach is closer in feel but hyperlite is closer in shape

Yep I think I'm in the same boat here then. I've been in Warrior gloves since the G3, had a Hyperlite 1 - couldn't get used to it so I went to a G5. Recently got a digiprint Hyperlite set with the V90 glove and its nice, but just not the same level of mobility/snappyness and again struggling with adapting to the pocket position.

Guess I'm Warrior for life on the glove side - digiprint for them when?!

Our last remaining hope as warrior glove users is that ccm comes through with a 601 since that would probably be the most similar glove design and feel

There's a plethora of gloves I'd prefer over CCM/True.

I never really minded the 600 break from ccm or true as long as they're broken in properly. In theory a 601 with finger loops would allow us to move the finger position just like warrior's replaceable palms

I'm very much a 75 degree guy, but if the 600 was the only option, I'd go with a 590.

True 600s and ccm pro custom 600s are awesome judging by the few I tried. My issue is I prefer the 580 closure but hate the 580 shape. Maybe I need to force myself to use a 580 and get used to it who knows

I've had the set since early May and I play 3 times a week, plus a weekend tournament in these.  The knee cradle gets completely soaked everytime I play.  I have an abnormal physiological condition where I sweat tremendously when overheated or exercising and related to that, I go through 2 32 oz water bottles every time I play and a good portion of that gets sprayed in my face or in my jersey.

So, they collect a lot of moisture and it's just from the abrasion from my knees when wet. 

Just about 100% of my gear is completely saturated every time I play (a huge reason why stock Mach glove strapping fails me).

So finally picked up my mach set and noticed a small difference in the backhand strap on the glove.

It's probably hard to tell from the pictures, but the black set has the velcro portion sewn in lower and further from the thumb side. Seems to be mostly a case of QC resulting in two, very slightly, different strapping set up. 

I'm able to get the black strapping tighter than I was able to get the White/Red glove. 

I'll still end up doing the zapstrap method for a lower attachment point, but I'm curious how this will translate onto the ice.

Woah that's actually a pretty big difference. Can't imagine that helps the feel of the glove but who knows maybe its better
