I just don't wear anything, I don't need them. I have a wide enough butterfly that my knees are never exposed to a shot. The thigh rise of my pads completely touch and close my five hole. Oh okay, I didn't mean it in that way so sorry for my bad phrasing, I just experienced my self that if i didn't wear kneepads my knees would get bruised up by the impact of going down in the butterfly.
