estogoalie Posted September 7, 2018 Share Posted September 7, 2018 I searched but couldn't find a thread related to checking out gear on ebay....(if one exists already, please merge it) There's an interesting retro Sherwood set up. The gloves are T100, which are the last pair of PRO gloves TPS/Sherwood made before going tits-up in the goalie biz. The leg pads look like a customized version of the 9980, but looks more "old school" with possibly a thinner leg channel and less knee blocks. Noticeable weight difference between CR1/CR3, but the CR3 wasn't much different than my current S170's. Black tape on the blade was a must. I've had some good luck on there recently. Bauer pro C/A, Reimer Pro-return catching glove, unused Garth Snow Brian's demon blocker, all for very reasonable prices.
