It`s minimal but still 2" of LD and HD and some plastics here and there. It`s not the size of the c/a that protects the goalie but the thickness and placement of the blocks/materials. I'm all for making things streamlined, but it looks like they should have given it more research and development. Especially when you have Smith still looking enormous.
