Oh god no... that's a picture from 2015. I have a new Passau on order now. The Premier has been great in terms of protection, but I just need something more mobile. As much as I tried, I just couldn't ever get the shoulder floaters and elbows in particular to do what I wanted. I think I mentioned how much I like some of the improvements they made on your new C/A. Elbow attachment and back plate strapping as well (removal of plastic buckles.) I'm pretty positional (IMO), but still needed something that allowed for more mobility given I'm slightly south of 6' tall. mr_shifty1982 Posted June 11, 2018 Share Posted June 11, 2018 @BadAngle41 They are an improvement from the set back 2-3 years ago, the older supreme. They do sit better and don't move around as often. I hardly get hit on my knee guards, maybe twice in the last 6-7 years, so I can't comment on the protection but they feel good. They do have padding there but it doesn't bulge out like the 1S did (it plays apart of the unit), a spot for the knees when going down. I don't find it bulky at all. Now I am actively looking for some gloves that will match these. Red Kohos are the ones I just got back into possession. the other set is my current set and my original pair of Koho pads I ever bought.
