Hold up as well as the previous gen? The Vapor is the Elite model if you like it. I haven't had a chance to have them on the ice due to restrictions in Toronto. Anxious to see what you do with the 580 to match-ish. After my experience with 2X Pro I'd consider Hyperlite pads and blocker but would have to go CCM or Lefevre 580 trapper... figured the best way to do it would be solid color... but seemed boring. Your set could change my mind. As for the CRS bootstrap... I didn't have much luck with them. So much give in the elastic that it was no real difference from having nothing at all. Good news is if you like a boot strap and wanted something more solid a attachment any mushroom ended leather will do the trick. @coopaloop1234... have room for one more if you'd care to devote yourself to the 580.
